An item is eligible for return / refund only if the below conditions are met:
If the return / refund request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Return request raised outside the return period will not be accepted
Any item to be returned should be returned in its original unused condition, with all the original accessories, price tag, parts accessories, original packaging delivered to you. Please ensure the product is packed properly before the return is picked up, this is to avoid any damage in return transit to the warehouse.
Please note that we may ask for photo or videos of the product to approve your return request. So, kindly take photos/record videos while unboxing the order.
Disclaimer: Due to multiple factors, color of the product shown on website may slightly vary from the actual physical product and this variation in color will not be covered under return policy. Returns reason mentioning about product quality are also not covered under return policy since quality is a subjective issue. We reserve the rights to reject returns, refund or replace the item depending on your return request and return conditions fulfilled.
Custom made items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Hence, please ensure to order exact size / measurements of the product being customized.
Masks are non-returnable and non-refundable.
