If the return / refund request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requestraised outside the return period will not be accepted

• If the item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
• If the item is different from specifications mentioned on the product page.
• If the item is having missing parts or accessories as mentioned on the product page.
• PREPAID refund amounts will be transferred to account while COD refund amounts will only be given in the form of store credit/discount coupon or bank transfer of agreed refund value.
• Reverse pickup charges (Rs. 299/-), COD charges and shipping charges (if applicable), are non-refundable. The rest of the amount will be credited back to you. In case an error has occurred from our end, we will not deduct any amount and refund the full payment.
